Nancy, Wiege des \u00fcberkritischen CO2<\/sub><\/div>
Nach der Einrichtung von SFE Process' erstem Hauptb\u00fcro in seiner eigenen Garage gewinnt Jeremy seinen ersten Wartungsvertrag. Einige Monate sp\u00e4ter trat ein kleines Team dem Unternehmen bei und es war 2017, als Brice dem Unternehmen beitrat, um seine F\u00e4higkeiten bei der Entwicklung und Verbesserung einer \u00fcberkritischen CO2<\/sub>-Pumpe einzubringen, eine Voraussetzung, um das Unternehmen zu einem Designer und Hersteller von Ger\u00e4ten f\u00fcr \u00fcberkritische Prozesse zu machen, von Laborsystemen bis zu industriellen Gro\u00dfger\u00e4ten. <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Das erste Labor<\/div>
Das Abenteuer nimmt 2018 eine Wende. Nach dem Verkauf von Pumpen und dem Service von Hochdruckger\u00e4ten zog SFE Process in ein neues 400 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfes Geb\u00e4ude um, wo sie ihre ersten drei Maschinen entwarfen und bauten. Im selben Jahr wurde das Labor er\u00f6ffnet, um Tests f\u00fcr Kunden durchzuf\u00fchren und anzubieten. SFE Process hat 10 Mitarbeiter. <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Im Jahr 2022 w\u00e4chst SFE Process weiter: ein weiterer Umzug in gr\u00f6\u00dfere R\u00e4umlichkeiten in Tomblaine und 45 Mitarbeiter. Um auf diesem Erfolg aufzubauen, wird 2023 ein entscheidendes Jahr sein, da SFE Process sein erstes Fundraising von 6 Millionen EUR aufbringt, um die Entwicklung von Projekten in den n\u00e4chsten 5 Jahren zu beschleunigen und die Verbreitung seiner Technologie in Frankreich und weltweit zu beschleunigen.<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDas verwendete CO2<\/sub> gas wird aus Agro-Ressourcen bezogen und wiederhergestellt, um einen kontinuierlichen Prozess zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.\n\nCO2<\/sub>, in seinem \u00fcberkritischen Zustand, diese einzigartige CO2<\/sub>-Form erm\u00f6glicht eine erh\u00f6hte L\u00f6slichkeit und einen hohen Diffusionskoeffizienten in Rohstoffen, was die Extraktion effizienter und umweltfreundlicher als traditionelle Methoden macht. Sie hinterl\u00e4sst keine R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde im Endprodukt und somit keinen Abfall. Dieses nat\u00fcrliche Produkt wird in einer kontinuierlichen Schleife in die Anlage zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt, so dass es lleicht wiederherstellbar und f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftige Handhabung verwendet werden kann. CO2<\/sub> ist von Natur aus nicht korrosiv, ergiebig, geruchlos, farblos, nicht brennbar und ungiftig.\n\nDie Natur des Gesch\u00e4fts von SFE Process macht es zu einem umweltbewussten Unternehmen.
